Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp lemon peel
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil. Add chicken. Salt and pepper each side. Brown and remove from heat. To hot frying pan, add lemon juice, lemon peel and garlic. Stir constantly so not to burn the garlic. Add chicken broth. Boil until reduced. About 8 minutes. Add Basil. Add chicken and cook through.
