Ingredients
- 1 T butter>>coat9" round pan, melted
- 1/4 c brown sugar>sprinkle over butter
- 1 1/2 c thinly sliced mango (2 med)>arrange in pan
- 1 c flour
- 3/4 t soda
- 1/8 t salt >> combine, set aside
- 1/4 c butter, softened
- 2/3 c sugar >>beat together
- 2 t grated orange rind
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 egg>>>add, beat well.
- 1/2 c yogurt>>add to creamed mixture alternately with the flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
- Pour batter over mango slices.
Preparation
Step 1
Bake at 350 for 30 min. Cool in pan 5 min on a wire rack.
Loosen sides. Invert on a cake plate. Cut into wedges.
Serve warm.
