Ingredients

  • 1 T butter>>coat9" round pan, melted
  • 1/4 c brown sugar>sprinkle over butter
  • 1 1/2 c thinly sliced mango (2 med)>arrange in pan
  • 1 c flour
  • 3/4 t soda
  • 1/8 t salt >> combine, set aside
  • 1/4 c butter, softened
  • 2/3 c sugar >>beat together
  • 2 t grated orange rind
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 egg>>>add, beat well.
  • 1/2 c yogurt>>add to creamed mixture alternately with the flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
  • Pour batter over mango slices.

Cooking time 30mins

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 350 for 30 min. Cool in pan 5 min on a wire rack.

Loosen sides. Invert on a cake plate. Cut into wedges.
Serve warm.
