Goat Cheese Cream Cheese Pecan Pears

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons pecan pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 red pear
  • honey
  • crackers, such as Triscuit

Preparation

Step 1

Toast the pecan pieces in a skillet at high heat for 2 minutes while stirring, or until fragrant and lightly browned. Set pecans aside to cool. combine the goat cheese and cream cheese. Slice the pear into about 16 slices. Slather cheese mixture on crackers, top each with a pear slice, drizzle with honey, and garnish with pecans.
