- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pkg (3.5oz) Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup each chopped celery and green onion
- 1/2 cup Italain Dressing
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
