Stuffed Franks and potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups hash browns
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can frenchs fried onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 hot dogs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl combine potatoes, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, 1/2 can fried onions and seasonings. Spread mixture in 12X8 baking dish. Split hot dogs. Arrange hot dogs split side up along center of casserole. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Fill hot dogs with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 1-3 minutes
