Ingredients
- cooking oil spray
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup plus 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a small skillet with cooking oil. Saute the ham until the edges are light brown, about 2 minutes, at medium-high, while stirring. Set the ham aside. Spray a soup pan with cooking oil. Add the hash brown potatoes, oregano, and 1/2 cup of milk. Bring to a boil at high, then reduce heat to simmer and cook 5 minutes. Add the other 1 cup of milk, the ham, and the onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
