Ingredients
- ¾ cup Melted butter
- 1 cup Packed brown sugar
- 1 ½ cup Oatmeal
- 1 ½ cup Flour
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 11 oz Cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 18 oz Red raspberry preserves
- 1/3 cup Slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
oven temp-350
Combine butter & brown sugar. Combine oatmeal, flour, soda & slat; add to first mixture. Press ¾ mixture into greased 9”x13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes until set. Beat cream cheese & sugar together; add eggs & vanilla. Spread over crust. Crop spoonfuls of preserves over each & spread. Combine almonds & remainder of oatmeal mixture. Sprinkle over preserves. Bake another 25-30 minutes until edges are brown.
