Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 1 celery stick chopped
- 1 bell peppers chopped
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 lb of crawfish tails
- 1/3 lb velvetta
- 1 lbs fettucinni
- cajun seasoning
- 1/12 cup flour
- parsley
- minced garlic
- 1/3 pint of half and half
- one jalapeno
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Saute vegies in butter until tender and onions are transparent. Add flour and cook covered over low heat for approximately five minutes, stirring frequently.
Add crawfish tails and parsley and continue cooking for about fifteen mins more, stirring often. Add cream, then velvetta cut into small pieces, jalapenos, garlic, and seasoning. Cook for another five mins, continuing to stir.
Pour over cooked fettuccini and mix well. Pour into large flat casserole dish lightly sprayed with oil. Top with grated parmesan place in oven heated to 350 degrees for about ten of fifteen mins.
