Red Snapper and Green Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Italian bread
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/8 cup minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 4-6 red snapper filets

Preparation

Step 1

Placed the bread slice, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, basil, sugar, salt and pepper in a blender and blend well. Pour this into a mixing bowl and stir in the green pepper and the capers. Lay the fillets in an oil baking dish and cover with green sauce. Broil for 10 minutes
