Ingredients

• 4-6 LB PRIME RIB ROAST
• COARSE SALT TO TASTE
• BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
• GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE

Preparation

Step 1

Rub all ingredients on prime rib,place on wire rack in a roaster and cook 15 minutes at 450 degrees,then 325 degrees until the roast is 120 degrees. Take from oven and let stand for 10 min.Carve in 1 inch slices.
