Creamy Orange Fluff

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 pkg. (6 0z.) orange gelatin
  • 2 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 cans (11 oz. each) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in oranges, pineapple and orange juice concentrate. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish with non-stick cooking spray; add gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until firm. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light. Gradually add milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth. Spread over orange layer. Chill until firm.

Makes 12-16 servings.
