Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced, peeled apples
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Gently toss apples, brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Divide between two (2) ungreased 10-oz custard cups.
In a bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
Stir in milk and butter just until moistened.
Spoon over apples.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is golden.
