Bacon-Cheese Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 c (2 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) package refrigerated flaky biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.
Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with electric mixer until well combined.
Stir in Swiss cheese and green onion.
Separate biscuits and pat into 5" circles.
Press circles into greased 3 1/2" muffin cups, leaving a 1/4" border at the top of each cup.
Sprinkle evenly with half of the bacon.
Top with 2 tbsp cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 375 for 22 minutes or until set.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining bacon, gently pressing into filling.
