Ingredients
- 4 cups Flour
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Butter or Margarine, softened
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups frozen Blueberries, unthawed
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in dry ingredients just till moistened. Fold in frozen blueberries. Fill muffin cups 2/3's full. Combine 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp gr. nutmeg - sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
