Sour Cream Potatos

• Russet Potatos
• Sour Cream
• Butter
• Red Onion
• Salt/Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and cut Potatos into bite size pieces. Place in pot with some chopped red onion and boil. When done drain the water and add the salt, pepper, butter and enough sour cream to cover and stir.
