Fried rabbit

Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Soak cleaned rabbit in salt and viegar for about 8 hours.

Sprinkle with flour, salt and peper. Dip into egg, milk mixture then roll in bread crumbs. Brown in deep fat or butter. When brown att 1/2 cup water and bakd 350 till done.
