Ingredients
- 6 quarts popped corn
- 1/2c karo syrup
- 2c brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/8 cream of tartar
- 1/2tsp baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
Cook karo syrup, brown sugar, butter and cream of tartar in sauce pan for 4-5 minutes at a low boil. Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Mixture will foam. remove from heat and pour over popcorn. Mix to coat thoroughly.
Bake 1 hour at 200 degrees - stirring every 15 minutes
