Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 3oz pkg banana instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat to 350. Grease and flour bundt pan. Stir together cake mix and pudding in mixer bowl. Make a well, pour in eggs, water oil and bananas. Beat on low until blended, scrape bowl and beat for another 4 min. on medium. Pour batter into prepaired pain. Bake for 50-55 min. Let cool in pan for 10min, then turn cake onto rack to cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
