- 8 oz backfin crabmeat
- large mushroom caps-portobello
- breadcrumbs or croutons
- large egg
- salt & pepper
- melted butter
- lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all, stuff caps, drizzle with melted butter and lemon juice. bake 325 10-20 min until crabmeat is browned.
