Ingredients

• 8 oz backfin crabmeat
• large mushroom caps-portobello
• breadcrumbs or croutons
• large egg
• salt & pepper
• melted butter
• lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all, stuff caps, drizzle with melted butter and lemon juice. bake 325 10-20 min until crabmeat is browned.
