Ingredients
- flour 1/2 cups
- ground mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons
- seasoned salt 1 teaspoon
- garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
- canola oil 2 tablespoons
- chicken with rice soup 1 (10 1/2-ounce) can condensed , undiluted
- pork loin chops 6 bone-in , (1 inch thick and 8 ounces each)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, mustard, seasoned salt and garlic powder.
Add pork chops, one at a time, and shake to coat.
In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides.
Place in a 3-qt. slow cooker.
Pour soup over pork.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until meat is tender.
Yield: 6 servings.
