Ingredients
- 2 c. nut butter (almond butter today)
- 2 c. cooked pumpkin/winter squash/carrots (i used canned pumpking today; i've used fresh roasted squash and carrots too)
- 10 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
blend ingredients together
Cook in coconut oil/ghee/butter on a 300 degree griddle
