CARROT – PINEAPPLE CAKE

Ingredients

  • Sift Together:
  • 1 1/2 C Flour
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Soda
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • Add to Above:
  • 2/3 C Salad Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 C Finely Shredded Carrot
  • 1/2 C Crushed Pineapple (with Syrup)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix until all ingredients are moistened. Beat 2 Minutes at Med speed.
Bake in Greased & Floured 9x9x2 In 350 degree for 30 min or until done. Cool.
Add Cream Cheese Frosting.
