Ingredients
- Sift Together:
- 1 1/2 C Flour
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Soda
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Add to Above:
- 2/3 C Salad Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C Finely Shredded Carrot
- 1/2 C Crushed Pineapple (with Syrup)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Details
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 50mins

Step 1
Mix until all ingredients are moistened. Beat 2 Minutes at Med speed.
Bake in Greased & Floured 9x9x2 In 350 degree for 30 min or until done. Cool.
Add Cream Cheese Frosting.
