Ingredients
- 11/4c Flour
- 11/4c Cornstarch
- 61/2tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4tsp Pepper
- 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2tsp Mix Spice
- 11/2c Cold Water
- 1/2tsp Oil
- 21/2c Coconut
- 1lb Shrimp, oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Add water and oil till smooth.
Place coconut in a bowl.
Dip shrimp into the spice batter and then into coconut.
Heat oil in fryer pan at 375°.
Drop in shrimp fryer pan with oil for 3-4 minutes.
Drain and serve.
