Ingredients
- 1 lb brisket thinnly sliced (round steak is better)
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion poder
- 1/4 cp China Lily Soya sauce
- 1/4 cp worsteshire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients and marinate in a ziplok bag for 24 hours turning once.
Place in dryer for 6 to 7 hours.
