Ingredients

  • 1 lb brisket thinnly sliced (round steak is better)
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion poder
  • 1/4 cp China Lily Soya sauce
  • 1/4 cp worsteshire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients and marinate in a ziplok bag for 24 hours turning once.
Place in dryer for 6 to 7 hours.
