Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. very fine noodles
- 2 c. instant rice
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 cans french onion soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 c. water
- 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in pan, add uncooked noodles. Cook until lightly brown, stir often. Add uncooked rice and other ingredients. Drain and slice water chestnuts before adding. Mix well. Put in 3 qt casserole and bake 350, 45 minutes, uncovered
