Stuffed Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 3 large onions
  • 6 squash
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions, take off 1/4 and set aside. Scoop out inside squash until leaving 1/4 inch shell. Saute pulp until soft. Add ground beef until browned. Add 1/2 can of sauce.

Stuff squash and add remaining 1/2 can of sauce to onions and pour into pan - over and under squash.

Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
