Ingredients
- 1 large can water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 13-15 strips bacon( cut in half)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Soak skewers in water while preparing.
Marinate drained water chestnuts in soy sauce for about 30 mins.
Roll chestnuts in brown sugar, ten wrap with 1/2 strip bacon.
Spear chestnut with toothpick.
Bake in shallow baking pan, uncovered at 400 in oven until bacon is crisp.
