Tomato Bacon Rotini

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Mueller's Rotini
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 slicese bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the Rotini according to package directions. Drain, cover and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt margarine or butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; blend in milk. Cook stirring constantly, until thickened and bubly. Add in cheese, bacon, tomatoes and pasta; toss to coat. Heat through and serve immediately.
