Baked Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 2 (26 oz.) pkgs. frozen ravioli
  • 4 (14.5 oz.) cans diced
  • tomatoes with juice
  • 4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 T. Italian seasoning
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 16 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

In stock pot combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, italian seasoning, salt and water. Stir in garlic. Allow mixture to simmer for 2 hours adding water if necessary. Cook ravioli according to package directions. In 13x9 pan layer sauce and cooked ravioli and cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly in 400 degree oven.
