Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1-2 tlbs capers (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Pound out chicken breasts. Combine flour, salt & pepper, press chicken into mixture. Heat butter in large skillet, saute chicken 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, keeping warm.
Stir lemon juice and wine (and capers) into pan drippings but do not boil. Arrange chicken on platter, pour pan juices over.
