Parmesan Baked Cod

  • 4 pieces Alaskan Cod Fillets, Thawed
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 cup corn meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse cod fillets and drain. Combine flour, corn meal, and seasonins. Pour melted butter into bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Dredge cod in flour mixture and place in pan. Turn cod to coat with butter. Sprinkle tops of cod with parmesan cheese. Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes or until cod flakes easily when teased with a fork.
