Ingredients
- 5 lb. ground beef (not lean)
- 2 1/2 teas. mustard seed
- 2 1/2 teas. liquid smoke
- 5 teas. coarse ground pepper
- 5 teas. onion salt
- 5 teas. garlic salt
- 5 teas. quick salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and store in airtight container in refrigerator. Knead 4-5 days, 5 min. each day (I use rubber gloves). Bake at 160° for 9 hours, turning once halfway through.
Cool, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
