Ingredients
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Chill: Serve topped with whipped cream.
