Ingredients
- 20 SUPER COLOSSAL SEA SCALLOP0S
- 3 TABLESPOON EXTRA-VIRGIN OIL
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 11/2 TEASPOON PEPPER
- FRESH PARSLEY (OPTIONAL)
Preparation
Step 1
Pat dry each scallop and lay them on a tray or baking
sheet. Brush each side with olive oil.Season the
scallops with salt and lemon pepper.
1. Heat grill to medium high
2. Place scallops on the grill for about 2 to 3 minutes on
both sides
3. Remove to serving platter and sprinkle with fresh
parsley and feast
