Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2lb. Red potatoes, cut into 1/4inch. thick slices
  • 1 Container (16oz.) Sour cream
  • 3/4lbs. (12oz.) Velveeta cheese cut into 1/2inch squares
  • 8oz. (1/2 of 1lb. pkg.) Oscar Mayer smoked ham, chopped
  • 4 Green oinions, sliced
  • 1/4 C Kraft grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spary 13x9 baking dish w/cooking spray. Place potatoes in large saucepan, cover w/water. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover & simmer for 10-12min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Remove three-fourths of the potatoes; place in large bowl. Add sour cream; mash w/potatoes masher until smooth. Add Velveeta/ham/onions; mix lightly. Add remaining potatoes slices; stir in gently.
2. Spoon into prepared baking dish; sprinkle w/parmesan cheese.
3. Bake 30min or until heated through.
