Spinach with Pine Nuts

• 1 T olive oiil
• 8 c spinach
• 1/4 c pine nuts

Step 1

Toast pine nuts in preheated 350 degree oven

heat olive oil. Add spinach and saute. Toss with pine nuts and serve warm.
