Ingredients
- 1/2 c apple cider or apple juice
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 4 bone in center cut loin pork chops
Preparation
Step 1
Boil first three ingredients over medium high heat until syrupy for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and put on coated cooking sheet. Brush with glaze and broil 2 minutes. Turn and brush with glaze and broil for another 2 minutes
