Bacon Rollups

Ingredients

  • 2 3 ounce packages cream cheese(softened)
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 25 slices bread, crusts removed and cut in half
  • 25 slices of bacon partially cooked, cut in half

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese and milk, stirring until spreading consistency. Spread 1 teaspoon of mixture on each half slice of bread and roll tightly. Wrap each one with bacon, securing with toothpick.

Place on pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turn if necessary to prevent over browning.

*May be assembled ahead and frozen...
