Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. fat free sour cream
- sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Place cucumbers in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Mix well and let stand for 1 hour. Combine sour cream, sugar substitute and vinegar. Pour over cucumbers toss to coat cucumbers. Refrigerate until completely chilled.
