Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- 1 sm. red onion, sliced rings
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 T. vinegar
- 1 med. clove garlic
- salt
- pepper
- 4-5 strips crisp bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Clean spinach - refrigerate. Wash mushrooms - approx. 2 to each salad - refrigerate.
Add all dressing ingredients to blender and blend. Beat before putting on salad. Crumble bacon on top.
