Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation
Step 1
Slice banana into 1/4-inch pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Melt coconut oil in a fry pan over medium-high heat.
Add banana slices, honey, and shredded coconut to the pan.
Cook for approximately 2 minutes and then use a spatula to flip bananas. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until bananas and coconut starts to brown.
Remove from heat and serve warm
