Ingredients
- 9 Cups of Rhubarb
- 3 Cups Sugar (Or to Taste, i would add 1 cup at a time)
- 2 Pks of Jello (Strawberry or Raspberry)
- 1 14 oz can crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp Gelatin (Depending on how thick you like it)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut up rhubarb into small chunks
2. Boil Rhubarb until tender and broken down about an hour
3. Add the other ingredients, boil on low until thick about 30 mins
4. I like to boil my tops and mason jars for about 20 mins to get them hot
5. bottle the jam and enjoy!
