Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 12 heads of Romaine Lettuce, broken up
- 4 lb. bacon; crumbled
- 2 doz Green Onions, chopped
- 12 cans Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 3 cups Oil
- 1-1/2 cups Sugar
- 1-1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Make up the dressing in a small container. Place in the refrigerator. Toss the greens with the bacon, onions, and oranges. Place in refrigerator.
Top with dressing just before serving. (Optional- to add a 1/4 c. of chopped almonds or pecans)
