• 6 Potatoes dices
• Cover with water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• bring to boil
• cut down to medium when they start boiling 10-min
• add 1 stick of butter
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• 1/4 cup flour with hot water whisk until smooth
• por into potates
• pepper
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
• stir until melted
