Ingredients
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 1 cup apples
- 1 Tsbp. fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp.sage
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Place pork tenderloin in a ziplock bag.
Add the next 5 ingredients and seal bag.
Into a small zilpock bag, place:
2 cups apples
2 pieces butter (maybe 2 Tsbps.)
1/2 cup brown sugar
Seal bag.Freeze the two bags together if not using immediately
Pre- heat oven to 400*
Cook tenderloin for about 20 mins. from thawed state.Tent with tinfoil for 5 minutes.
Bring apple mixture to a boil in a small sauce pan. Simmer and spoon over tenderloin.
