Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter soften
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 3 or 4 granny smith apples peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 egg beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly, then mix coconut.
Put mixture into lightly greased 13 x 9 pan building up sides slightly. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
Then arrange apples on warm crust.
Mix sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle over apple slices.
Blend sour cream & egg drizzle over apples.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 min or until edges slightly browned.
