Spinach Dip - Maybelle Kurzweil

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp salad supreme seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Drain thawed spinach well, then roll and squeeze in paper towels to get all the moisture out. It is important to have spinach entirely free of moisture. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. The dip will be thick enough to use as a spread.
