Ingredients

  • 1 (32-ounce) block Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound ground beef or sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef or sausage (or both) in a pan over medium heat and set aside.

Cut Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes and place into crockpot.

Pour in Rotel and cream of mushroom soup and stir.

Place the crock pot on Low setting for 30 minutes, letting the ingredients meld.

Add the browned meat and cook 30 more minutes, stirring as needed.
